WE ORDER YOUR DANCER’S RECITAL COSTUMES SOON!!!

READ CAREFULLY!! Costume fees and Recital Fees are billed and due with tuition in full on NOVEMBER 1ST and are non-refundable!

• To make a partial payment EARLY ONLY, you may do so by emailing the office for us to charge your card on file now and the amount, otherwise must pay in full in November with tuition.

• RECITAL FEE = 45.00/dancer.

• COSTUME FEE = 80.00 for classes Ages 6 & up, 68.00 for classes Ages 3-6.

• We measure every dancer for costumes during regular dance class times throughout October.

• Please doublecheck your dancer’s class schedule online for accuracy, and it is extremely important to let us know of any schedule changes as soon as possible so that we may order the correct costume for each and every dancer!! If you change your dancer’s schedule after the studio costume order has been placed, you’ll have to pay a new costume fee and we will order a new costume for dancer’s new class!! Technique and Drill Prep are Non-Recital classes.

• Families with outstanding balances must have a zero balance by November 5th or a costume will not be ordered for your dancer with the studio order. An order placed for any dancer after the studio order will not be guaranteed to arrive in time for the Recital and rush shipping fees will apply.
